Belton Rust effect

Binding agent base:

Paint structure:
Wood / wood based:
1. belton basic Wood primer
2. belton special Rust effect
    (Recommendation: pre-paint with RAL 2004 pure orange)
3. Can be painted over with 1K topcoat tone (optional)

Ferrous metals / Steel:
1. belton basic Anti-corrosion primer (outdoor)  
2. Universal primer
3. belton special Rust effect
    (Recommendation: pre-paint with RAL 2004 pure orange)
4. Can be painted over with 1K topcoat tone (optional)

Plastics (paintable):
1. Plastic adhesion primer
2. belton special Rust effect
    (Recommendation: pre-paint with RAL 2004 pure orange)
3. Can be painted over with 1K topcoat tone (optional)

Glass
1. Universal primer
2. belton special Rust effect
    (Recommendation: pre-paint with RAL 2004 pure orange)
3. Can be painted over with 1K topcoat tone (optional)

Spray application:

• Without Prepainting (orange) 2-3 evenly thin layers
• With Prepainting (orange) 2-3 evenly thin layers
  paint into wet pre-paint layer

Spray coating:

• 2-3 evenly thin layers
• 40-50 μm
• Spray distance: 15-25 cm 

Drying times:

• dust-dry: after approx. 10 min.
• fast-to-handling: after approx. 15-20 min.
• dry-hard: after approx. 24 hours

Can be painted over:

• With itself at any time
• With 1K topcoats (tone): After 12 hours drying time.
