The Sagola 4600 HEX BASE is a lightweight gravity-feed spray gun of the latest generation, designed for perfect application of basecoats – both waterborne and solvent-based. It particularly excels with metallics, silvers, golds and pearl colours, where it eliminates mottling and ensures even particle distribution.

Key advantages:

• Patented HEX System™: The needle and fluid nozzle feature an innovative star-shaped (hex) profile. Pre-atomisation of the paint takes place before it leaves the nozzle. The result is extremely fine droplets of uniform size and maximum homogeneity of the spray pattern.
• Dynamic Flow Technology (DFT™) and Metal to Metal (M2M™): Specially designed air caps (DFT™) combined with a construction without internal seals (M2M™) deliver perfect atomisation, long service life and minimal maintenance costs.
