Auto-K Spray-Set

he success story of Peter Kwasny GmbH started with the Auto-K Spray-Set. Today, almost unchanged, the set with the practical closing cap includes 150 ml automotive paint in the original colour to spray or to speckle with the attached brush. Ideal for small or medium damages.
Please note: Some Auto-K Spray-Set colours must be re-coated with Auto-K Basic 2-coat clear lacquer. The clearcoat for the 2-coat paints provides gloss and weather resistance.

Binding agent base:

• 1-coat paint: Nitro combination resins
• 2-coat paint: Acrylic resins

Spray coating:

• 1-coat paint: approx. 50-60 μm (for 2 cross-coats)
• 2-coat paint: approx. 30-40 μm (for 2 cross-coats)

Drying times 1-coat paint:

• Dust dry: after 10-15 min.
• Fast to handling: 30-45 min.
• Dry hard: after 24h

Can be painted over:

• With itself: at any time
• With all Auto-K paints: at any time

Paint structure 1-coat paint:

• 1. Auto-K anti-corrosion primer
• 2. Auto-K filler/wash primer or Auto-K spray filler
• 3. Top coat

Paint structure 2-coat paint:

• 1. Auto-K anti-corrosion primer
• 2. Auto-K filler/wash primer or Auto-K spray filler
• 3. 2-coat Basis paint
• 4. Coat with 2-coat clear lacquer after 30 min.

Note:

• Only cover 2-coat paints with 2-coat-clear lacquer

CAUTION! Clean the valve after use. Turn the container upside down and spray for about 5 seconds until the valve is empty.
